FSIx · Finality Solutions Intelligence

From problem to working solution to verified outcome.

FSIx defines the governed problem-solving lifecycle. Persistent mandates and solution records exist; the installed runtime has not built, deployed and qualified a first-party solution.

A legitimate mandate defines the problem, constraints, alternatives and evidence that would establish a useful result.

Actually implemented

Records and admission controls are the established foundation.

BLOCKED

Finality Solutions Intelligence

Problem mandates, lifecycle records and solution admission boundaries are implemented.

The installed runtime has not built and qualified a working solution; isolated execution is blocked.

IMPLEMENTED

Discovery Engine

Versioned problem, hypothesis, investigation and evidence records are supported.

Substantive model-led discovery and verified inventions are not established.

Research Preregistration

Immutable plans, negative results and distinct replication references persist.

A replication reference does not self-award independent reproduction or a causal result.

Tool Permissions

Host-bound actor, tenant, scope, rights and budget checks constrain tool use.

Protected external effects require real authority and deployment admission.

Isolated Solution Execution

The runtime denies generated-code execution when the required isolation is unavailable.

No successful sandbox execution or unsafe fallback is claimed.

Construction boundary

The construction agent's work is not an FSIx achievement.

Software created to build this platform is not evidence that the installed FSIx model built a solution. No such qualified runtime result is claimed.

Generated-code execution is blocked without the required OS isolation. Missing isolation does not enable an unsandboxed fallback.

Outcome verification

Deployment does not close the proof obligation.

A future authorized solution must be observed in its target environment. Finality Core checks the required ending; contradictions, revocation or changed reality can trigger REOPEN.

Intelligence and Finality

A capable proposal still owes proof of the ending.

Intelligence can sayFinality asks

I predict this worked.

What authoritative evidence establishes the required ending?

I recommend this action.

Who authorized it, under what constraints, and what outcome must be established?

I built a solution.

Does the result satisfy the agreed contract and evidence obligations?

I learned from the result.

What was known, what changed, and why was prior reliance reopened?
