Architecture defined
Design, schemas, and control intent are documented.
Trust center
Finality Group separates architectural intent, executable implementation, internal verification, controlled end-to-end operation, target-environment validation, independent assurance, and sustained production evidence.
Evidence ladder
Design, schemas, and control intent are documented.
A runnable implementation exists in a controlled environment.
Automated checks and deterministic internal tests have passed.
A complete governed workflow has been demonstrated with controlled evidence.
Tenant isolation, clean-room reproducibility, target-validation controls, and deeper flagship verification are implemented in the controlled reference environment; buyer-environment validation and independent assurance remain pending.
The buyer or operator environment has passed deployment-specific gates.
Qualified external assurance has accepted the defined scope.
Production operation has accumulated accepted longitudinal evidence.
27 constitutional invariants
Consequential authority originates from accountable people or institutions, never from model output.
Intelligence can propose, explain, simulate, and route; it cannot mint authority or approve itself.
Missing, stale, conflicting, ambiguous, tenant-mismatched, or excessive authority fails closed.
High-risk creation, verification, approval, promotion, and closure require distinct accountable actors.
Authority, evidence, tools, data, and outputs remain bound to their declared purpose and tenant.
Completion, settlement, explanation, or status cannot become finality without qualified evidence.
Material conflict remains visible until an authorized resolution is evidenced; history is not overwritten.
Value and harm retain baselines, counterfactuals, costs, externalities, limitations, and uncertainty.
Regulated or proprietary raw data does not enter a shared learning pool by default.
Safety and rights regressions can block promotion or closure regardless of aggregate performance.
Every promoted learning artifact has lineage, scope, revocation, rollback, and reconnect enforcement.
Algorithms and trust chains are versioned evidence; rotation never rewrites historical receipts.
Marketing and maturity designations cannot exceed the accepted evidence state.
Authorization is not execution; ambiguous external outcomes remain UNCERTAIN until reconciliation.
Protected tools require an action-bound permit, current authority, a one-time nonce, and an evidence receipt.
Material events are canonicalized, sequence-bound, and hash-linked for tamper detection.
Remediation creates linked revised evidence and never erases the original record.
Material closure requires an accountable verifier distinct from the proposing actor.
Policies, models, evidence schemas, and acceptance predicates are pinned in every final receipt.
Fanout, depth, duration, cost, concurrency, and risk budgets constrain agentic activity.
Authority and promoted learning remain independently revocable across online and reconnecting nodes.
Stale, poisoned, revoked, cross-tenant, or unqualified context is quarantined or refused.
Observed, derived, asserted, synthetic, and simulated evidence remain explicitly distinguished.
Identity, key custody, ledgers, attestation, and evidence sources are not self-declared by the application.
Internal tests cannot independently satisfy external assurance, legal acceptance, or production authorization.
A new contradiction, correction, policy version, or evidence defect reopens affected closure.
Failure must never silently become authority, evidence, finality, learning, or economic truth.
Current release boundary
This release is an E4 externalization candidate with a tenant-isolated executable reference Finality Control Network, a public GFS 1.0 contract, a cross-language conformance kit, cryptographically portable Finality Passport tooling, clean-room reproducibility, and controlled internal validation. It does not establish live third-party integrations, partnerships, buyer-environment validation, qualified independent assurance, certification, public production authorization, commercial adoption, market benchmarks, or sustained operational performance.
