Contact requests
The public Site 80 surface does not offer an institutional inquiry form. Direct email through the published mailbox is the canonical contact path until durable recording, configured delivery, retention handling, and end-to-end mailbox receipt are verified. Mailbox-provider retention policies apply. Do not send credentials, secrets, regulated data, privileged material, source code, hidden answers, or security-sensitive evidence.
Qualification identity
Protected qualification may redirect through the configured ChatGPT/OpenAI hosting identity provider. That identity establishes access only to the seller-controlled qualification surface; it is not a customer tenant identity or production authorization.
Seller control-plane identity
Finality resolves authenticated principals to seller-managed tenant and role records on the server. Browser-controlled identity and role claims are never trusted.
Customer tenant identity
A real institution must separately bind its own OIDC or SAML identity provider, SCIM lifecycle and customer-controlled authorization under the activation contract. No external customer identity provider is currently connected.
Identity data if connected
The intended minimum is provider subject, email, verification status, display name, role claims and security/session metadata. Passwords remain with the external provider; unrelated data is not requested.
