Protocol function
The runbook covers release identity, reproducible build, disclosed vectors, buyer-hidden cases, contradiction, replay, REOPEN, portability, discrepancy capture, EVR and STOP. It is prepared seller infrastructure—not evidence that any outside team has run it.
Define required reality before action.
Observe contract-authorized sources.
Apply deterministic quorum and STOP rules.
Bind classification, evidence root and lineage.
Detect later contradiction and propose re-evaluation.
Reproduce integrity and classification offline.
Evidence boundary
Current public evidence is E1–E3. No institutional participant, protected evaluator integration, independent reproduction, paid evaluation or production customer deployment is claimed.
320 deterministic adversarial cases; 0 observed false FINAL; executable model check; two-build byte comparison; offline verifier.
Independent reproduction; buyer-hidden performance; protected evaluator target-system truth; production performance; third-party assurance; buyer authorization.
