Building an implementable public contract for post-action truth, finality, and evidence-qualified economic certainty across agentic and real-world consequential actions.
One finality model. Seven conformance profiles. Twenty-one normative objects.
GLOBAL-FINALITY-STANDARD · version 1.0.0 · DRAFT_PUBLIC_CONTRACT · 2026-08-13. The public contract is designed so an outside implementer can reproduce the model without access to protected portfolio engines.
Universal core
Five canonical layers
Authority — Was the exact action authorized?
Reality — Did the world match the digital claim?
Exposure — What contradiction, harm, or residual risk exists?
Consequence — Was the action executed and corrected under authority?
Closure — Did the action reach independently verifiable finality?
Normative language
RFC 2119 / RFC 8174

02 · Normative objects
21 machine-readable schemas.
First-class objects now include FinalityID, accountable actor/principal binding, consequential action, execution receipt, economic outcome, reality observation, registry state, portable credential representation, and transparency receipt.
Cryptographic verification is not the same as truth.
The Global Finality Standard is a public-safe contract specification. Conformance to a schema or profile is an internal, self-declared statement unless independently assessed. Nothing in this standard implies certification, partnership, endorsement, live integration, buyer acceptance, regulatory approval, or production deployment by any referenced protocol, network, vendor, or standards body.
