GLOBAL-FINALITY-STANDARD · v1.0.0
Global Finality Standard
Building an implementable public contract for post-action truth, finality, and evidence-qualified economic certainty across agentic and real-world consequential actions.
IPR boundary
Copyright openness is not a hidden patent commitment.
The GFS public-interface file set is separated from proprietary product source. Patent, standards-essential claim, trademark, certification, and commercial rights are governed separately.
- Public interface
- BSD-3-Clause file scope defined by the repository LICENSE map.
- Protected engine
- Proprietary; no rights except under separately executed terms.
- Patent status
- No separate express RF, FRAND, non-assert, or standards-essential patent commitment is made by the governance bootstrap.
- Trademark status
- No endorsement, certification, or source-identifying trademark rights are granted by public-interface copyright permission.
- Legal gate
- Qualified IP counsel review is required before broad external standards-essential patent commitments or acceptance of outside normative contributions under binding contributor terms.
Normative truth boundary
Cryptographic verification is not the same as truth.
The Global Finality Standard is a public-safe contract specification. Conformance to a schema or profile is an internal, self-declared statement unless independently assessed. Nothing in this standard implies certification, partnership, endorsement, live integration, buyer acceptance, regulatory approval, or production deployment by any referenced protocol, network, vendor, or standards body.
