- Stable identifier binding one governed action across its evidence and closure history.
- TrustAnchor
- Identity and trust binding for human, organization, agent, machine, and device actors with provenance and expiry.
- MandateZero
- Bounded, versioned, revocable authority consumable only by the exact permitted action (authority enabler; also named the authority mandate).
- ObligationZero
- Versioned, machine-readable obligation snapshots and predicates that preserve conflicts without replacing source systems.
- RealityAnchor
- Expected-versus-observed comparison of physical, delivery, telemetry, and attestation evidence that can block closure.
- Registry
- Status-only finality state record with a tamper-evident transition history and reopen semantics.
- Graph
- Tenant-scoped derived graph of actions, principals, obligations, evidence, physical outcomes, and passports.
- FinalityBench
- Deterministic conformance and benchmark harness that produces portable pass/fail evidence at a stated evidence level.
Normative truth boundary
Cryptographic verification is not the same as truth.
The Global Finality Standard is a public-safe contract specification. Conformance to a schema or profile is an internal, self-declared statement unless independently assessed. Nothing in this standard implies certification, partnership, endorsement, live integration, buyer acceptance, regulatory approval, or production deployment by any referenced protocol, network, vendor, or standards body.
